Le projet consiste en la réalisation d’un Hypermarché, dédié aux produits BIO, en R+1, sur une assiette foncière de 1HA, dans le quartier Targa. Un cadre paysager et urbain remarquable, viendra consolider cette approche novatrice et innovante, où qualité spatiale et paysagère se mettent au service des clients de l’espace commercial.
Le futur Hypermarché, se composera de 4 pôles majeurs:
- Une grande Halle commerciale en r+1 dediée à la valorisation des produits BIO et du terroir.
- Une administration.
- Un espace paysager et logistique pour les livraisons.
- Une station Service sur l’ axe de 40m reliant Targa-Azzouzia.
